Q1: How should I do if failed to connect the camera and mobile?
A : 1. Please make sure the camera and mobile is in the same wifi;
2. Please check the camera Connected WIFI is 2.4G /5G;
3. Please make sure the WIFI signal is strong enough at the camera location, higher than 3 cells is much better;
4. If there is no problem mentioned above, but still not work. Please use the pin to press and
hold the Reset button for 15s to reset the camera before connecting the camera.
You will hear "Camera Reset " at a successful reset, and wait 5-8s you wil hear "Camera Reset " at a successful reset, and wait 5-8s you will hear "Camera starting up"
then try to connect the WIFI again.
Q2: Why I can't get the notifications on my phone?
A : Please turn back to camera setting and check if alarm button on.
Q3: Is this a wireless camera, built in battery, no need of power supply?
A: No, it comes with a DC 5V 1A power supply, no battery built-in.
Q4:What should I do if the device is connected but cannot talk?
A: In the lower left corner of the APP monitoring screen, click the "horn" button, and press and
hold the "microphone" button to speak, you can release the "microphone" button after speaking;
Q5:What should I do when the SD card cannot be recognized?
A: Please turn off the power of the camera, then insert the card first, and then reconnect the wifi
after power on (it is wrong to insert the card after connection);
Because 5G is a new WiFi technology and has only been applied to security camera products in recent 2 years,
there are many router brands around the world, and the technologies adopted may be different.
Therefore, some router 5G may be incompatible with this camera.
Please consider clearly and choose carefully before purchasing.
Currently known brands of 5g working routers (Keep updating):
Tenda, Mercury, TP-Link, Netgear, Mi
There is no compatibility problem with 2.4G WiFi.
