    Description

    Aluminum Plates, 6" x 10", blank, 5086 12 Gauge Sheet Alloy (.081", slightly thicker than 5/64", approx 2 mm).  Listing is for 3 plates.  Condition is New. Shipped free, USPS Priority, usually within 1 business day.
    These have been stamped out using a press - edges are excellent.  There are sometimes minor scratches, etc from normal bulk handling but one side is protected by a removable plastic film.  5086 aluminum is very versatile - weldable (even solderable - ask google about "Alumiweld rods"), stronger than 5052, unusually resistant to stress from bending/forming, strong corrosion resistance (even from sea water), very conductive, easily drilled, can be polished to a mirror finish.
    The way Ebay does bulk pricing is a little confusing.  This listing is for one Unit of 3 plates, for .50 total.  You can select multiple Units to get a discount price.  For instance, 2 Units is 6 plates.  Substantial discount available for volume purchases.
