Excellent - Minimal wear and considered excellent condition.  Maybe minor signs of use but not easily visible.
Great - Some wear that may be visible but still considered to be great condition.  Light discoloring or scratching may be present.
Worn - Will have heavy discoloring and signs of wear.  May have chipping around the frame/body as well as scuffing.
Missing Dust Cover - Dust cover will be missing but also likely have heavier wear.
