Description
This is one of a number of authentic, original British Army patches and shoulder titles we're offering on eBay this month.  These woven ROYAL MARINES titles were first used late in World War II as the middle part of the three-piece titles used by the Royal Marine Commandos.  For some time after the war these were worn by all Royal Marines near the top of each sleeve of the battledress blouse.  These particular examples are probably from that early postwar period.  Each is 5/8" tall, and will be 4-1/4" long with the ends folded under as worn.  Excellent unused condition.

Payment is expected within seven (7) days of the auction's close.  Buyers with NY state addresses will be charged 8% state sales tax, unless a valid NY Certificate of Authority number is provided.
