Technical Note
IF protocol
Discard culture medium, wash the cells with ice-cold PBS 3 X 5 min.
Fix cells with ice-cold 70% ethanol for 5 min at room temperature.
Wash the cells with ice-cold PBS 3 X 5 min.
Incubate cells with 1.5 M HCl for 30 min at room temperature.
Wash the cells with ice-cold PBS 3 X 5 min.
Proceed with blocking and immunostaining.
