First Class Signed For: You will have to sign for this to receive your package. It can take up to 1 to 3 working days, BUT NOT GUARANTEED. A tracking number will be provided if requested.

We will only send replacement items once it has been confirmed lost by Royal mail. This can take up to 14 working days for UK customers and up to 30 working days for International customers. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal mail, your local postal service or by International customs inspection.
If you are not happy with the product, you can return it within 30 days as long as it is in it's original condition/packaging and unused. No questions asked.
