3 string electric cigar box resonator guitar. Handmade. Maybe the easiest way to learn slide!  24" scale with accurate fret markers. MGB Humbucking pickup in the neck position (see pic) brings out the unique metallic tone of the plate and allows for volume and distortion if desired. These ones are called reso-plates or License Plate Guitars (LPGs). Set up for slide although it can be played fretless. After market fretted boards just drop into place after trimming. Currently tuned G,D,g. String gauges; 42, 32, 24. But you can use any string or tuning you wish. The wood backing is plain which I prefer but can be painted or stained as you like.
