A nice example of a 2 piece Civil War Confederate KING'S MOUNTAIN MILITARY SCHOOL button fron the State of South Carolina.   Albert# SU-189.  This button's backmark reads
RMDC
" SCOVILL  MF'G  CO  . WATERBURY .  ". Most all the gilded finish is intact.   This button has a very tiny push to the face and the shank is very slightly crooked.  Button measures 20.75mm.  See photos for condition details.
