WHAT IT DOES:
We created a brand new
, from scratch, digital sound file that replicates the character sound.  Because it is a brand new digital track, it contains no outside noise from a sound track. It is 100% crystal clear and clean.  The sound file is played from a 16-bit HD quality digital chip set, converted to analog, and run through an amplifier and a volume control.  Finally, the sound is output to a high fidelity speaker that has been tuned for this specific purpose.
How it works
:
The system operates for days on a standard 9 volt battery and can be mounted entirely within a helmet, or chest box.  Because the signal is analog, it can also be intergrated and mixed with any other standard analog audio such as music files or sound FX files.  System has an external thumbwheel volume control that can be mounted where it can easily be adjusted without removing the helmet.
