Epson QX-10 IDE / Compactflash Adapter Bare PCBOARD

Description

The BARE PCBOARD can be used to build an IDE / Compactflash adapter for the Epson QX-10 computer. This is a bare pcboard only -- you will have to source all components yourself, and you will have to assemble the board. This requires electronics skills such as soldering. My youtube video attached to this listing should tell a little bit about the project, as well as have links to the website with the BOM, schematic, etc. This is an advanced project. To date, I am the only one who has successfully built and used these boards. Unfortunately, I cannot provide technical support of any kind, so you are own -- please review my video and other notes and ensure you are able to complete this project on your own. Note that this requires patches to the Epson CP/M distribution. I have a patched image available, but you will have to figure out how to burn the floppy (or boot from a gotek or similar floppy emulator) yourself. The IDE drive itself is not bootable; you will always need to boot from floppy first and then access the IDE drive. The board finish is ENIG. Ships in a padded envelope.
