Tracking Numbers:
We upload tracking numbers when the item leaves our facility.

Shipping Locations:
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States excluding Military APO & FPO and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to any International locations.
P.O. Boxes and Street Addressing:
We do not ship to PO Boxes, however, some of the larger Post Offices have a system called “Street Addressing” and will work with customers with a PO Box so their packages can be delivered to the Post Office street address and they will forward the item to their PO Box. This is especially beneficial in case your item is shipped via SurePost or SmartPost and will keep the item from being returned to us for an insufficient address. Please check with your local USPS Office to see if they offer this option.
Shipping Service:
We primarily use UPS and DHL, which can sometimes coincide with USPS, as well as USPS and FedEx. Our shipping department makes the decision of which service to use based on the weight of the package and the contents.
Expedited Shipping:
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Address Change:
Please be sure your address is listed correctly in both eBay and PayPal prior to making a purchase. If you have listed the incorrect address and the item has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we can change the address for you. If the item has already shipped and is returned due to a bad address, a refund will be issued minus any costs incurred to us for the return of the item.
Damaged During Transit:
If your item arrives damaged – do not discard! The best way to receive a refund is to take pictures of the damage and send them to us. We will need a clear picture of the label, the box, and the damaged item. If you cannot send a pic, then you will need to return the item for a refund by opening a return in eBay. We do need to have validation that the item was damaged. If you throw it away, and then claim the item was damaged, you will not be refunded. No exceptions, please!
Expiration Dates:
Due to expiration dates constantly changing, we do not supply the expiration date as we ship large quantities daily. With that said, please note our priority is that all grocery items have a minimum shelf life of 90 days. If your product does not meet this standard, please contact us for further instruction.
Please Note:
Fresh baked bakery items and refrigerated items that are perishable have short shelf lives – some of these can be as little as two weeks from the date of receipt – these items are NOT covered by our minimum 90 day guarantee.

We do upload our pictures by the UPC# (stock photos) and actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our listing. Count Size/Pack Size:
The count size (written “Ct”) is how many individual items are in each package. The Pack size is how many of the packages will be sent.
Example:
A box of cookies has 30 cookies in each package. The listing is for 6 packages. The listing will read: Cookies – 30 Ct – Pack of 6.
Returns:
We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt. Item must be in
NEW
and
UNUSED
condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. If you wish to return your item, please open a Return through the eBay returns. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Exchanges/Replacements:
