From Wikipedia: "
Mole
, also spelled mol, in
chemistry
, a standard scientific unit for measuring large quantities of very small entities such as atoms, molecules, or other specified particles. .."
The stoichiometric ratio for Aqua Regia solution for
gold refining is a ratio of 1 Mole/ Molar of Hydrochloric Acid
to 3 Moles / Molar of Nitric Acid.
Since 32% concentration is exactly equal to 10 Moles / Molar HCl. Simply dilute our product by a factor of 10 to
achieve 1 Mole ratio.
For example, in a graduated cylinder you can have a mixture of 100 milli-liters of our HCl, and 900ml of water to achieve a 10x dilution. This is because 1 Liter solution (100ml + 900ml) / 100ml solvent hcl = 10x dilution.
The biggest problem with our competition who sells 37% or 12Molar HCL is that you would need to dilute by a factor of 12x rather than 10x, and that is much harder as 10 is an even number.
However, it is dangerous to add water to a highly concentrated acid in chemistry as the reaction is exothermic and can cause the acid to splash back and release heat, the phrase "do as you oughta add acid to water" can help avoid this, so the best thing would be too:
get an empty 1 Liter volumetric flask;
add 800ml of water;
then add 100ml of our hydrochloric acid;
then add 100ml of water and stop at the 1 Liter mark.
Stop.
Then you can simply do as similar with Nitric Acid to achieve a 3 Molar solution. Then combine the Nitric Acid and hydrochloric mixture to achieve aqua regia for gold refining.

Hydrochloric Acid 32% - 10 Molar - Laboratory Grade - 1 quart. Condition is "New".
This product is shipped conforms to CFR 49 guidelines.
Because this is 10 Molar, its very easy to make stock concentrations of hcl such as 1M, 5M, 0.5M, etc as 10 is evenly divisible. The concentration is very high also at 32% making it very very strong and able to dissolve anything.
Can be used for aqua regia solution for dissolving noble metals such as gold.
Or can be used for pirhanna solution which is a mixture of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide.
Or this can be used for electroplating solutions or countless other things that need strong concentration laboratory grade chemicals.
