ISOTECH Model 909q,  4 wire Laboratory Secondary Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer with padded case.  Current list is 00 US.
Length of probe is 480mm, Q suffix denotes quartz sheath.  Cable length is ~ 2 m terminated with 4 crimped copper spade lugs.
Secondary Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer,  -200°C to 670°C.
Serial Number 376.  Resistance at room temp measures ~ 29.83 ohms as shown on the DVM.  NOTE: this is a two wire measurement between V+,  V- leads, that is, approximate.

Adding some images to demonstrate measurements with 4 wire termination into Keithley 197.  Not exactly by the book due to test lead uncertainties, but should give a
much better
indication of the present condition of this sensor.  The images show DC resistance of the IsoTech 909 S/N 376
at or near
the triple point.  The active sensor tip is fully immersed in the ice/water bath.  Meter is isolated from the power line.
