Mako Badges / Emblems are CNC machined from 1/4" King ColorCore®. Approximate overall size is
3
" x 16-1/2"
. King ColorCore® has a matte finish on both sides of the sheet. It is environmentally stabilized to withstand the harshest outdoor conditions. King ColorCore® will not rust, delaminate or rot when exposed to UV, humidity or water. King ColorCore® is made with high-impact-resistant polymer to handle more abuse than conventional sign material.

Each set of badges/emblems are custom CNC machined per order as there are too many models to keep in stock.

Fastening to Boat
Clean area well to remove wax and apply blue painter tape to use for aligning the badge/emblem in the proper spot.
Apply dabs of 5200 or similar marine adhesive to the back side of badge/emblem
The dabs should be the size of a grain of rice, using a toothpick to cover most of the surface
Press the badge/emblem into place and hold it there with some blue painters tape.
WAIT a few days (48 hours) for the adhesive to harden
Using a very sharp knife cut any "squeeze out"
Remove any painters tape
