Comes complete with all mounting hardware and is supplied with a BLACK Anodized finish.   Very light, super rigid, SUPERBLY MADE.  We make these accessory rails directly for the MAXIM 9 and these are surplus from previous orders. They are perfect in every way. They are not factory seconds. Comes with all mounting hardware, making it very easy to install.
This item is not subject to ITAR restrictions.
