OPERATION MANUAL:
- start your motor and leave it running for 20 minutes minimum to charge the battery as activation takes about 8 minutes and may not be finished due to low battery and COMAND screen OFF
- stop the motor
- switch IGNITION ON (2 click clockwise) make sure you see all cluster LEDS are ON the link how to do that here: https://youtu.be/qPp1ypZ90Nk
- wait till your audio head unit totally booted (about 60 seconds)
- plug module to the OBD2 (diagnostic socket) and observe audio screen messages
- observe audio screen for messages, you will see the progress bar like [xxxxxx.....% ........... ]
- wait will progress bar goes to 100%
- the COMAND head unit will be rebooted near the end !!!! DO NOT REMOVE THE PLUG HERE !!!!!
!!!! NEVER REMOVE THE MODULE IN THE MIDDLE TILL YOU SEE "remove the module now" message !!!!
!!!! WHEN THE COMAND HEAD UNIT SCREEN WILL GO OFF for reboot - JUST WAIT FOR SCREEN COMES BLACK AGAIN and "remove the module now" MESSAGE!!!
NOT COMPATIBLE
with cars with NO SA877 datacard code
COMAND Head unit SW recent update is absolutely necessary prior to activation
