2.5-inch SFF and 3.5-inch LFF Hard Drives with different firmware than other HP storage arrays and Proliant servers.
This Genuine HP 2.5-inch SAS Hard Drive is designed and configured specifically for the HP MSA2 MSA1040 / MSA2040 / MSA2000(i) or P2000 series SAN Storage Array with 2.5-inch SFF drive bays. This hard drive will come with the correct firmware for these systems.
