We have these on hand and ready to ship.
At our discretion, we may use UPS Ground or UPS 2-day air or 3-day select in lieu of USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
We do this in situations where the estimated transit time for UPS is the same as USPS or better or at times when the mail is moving unusually slowly.
1)  We can ship this package anywhere USPS delivers (i.e. contiguous 48 states, AK, HI, and US territories).
International shipping is available via the eBay global shipping program (i.e. we ship to Kentucky, eBay ships to you).
International rates are quoted on the item page.  We do not set those rates - eBay does.
2) Payments Accepted:
All eBay payments are processed through eBay managed payments.
Whatever eBay accepts, we accept.
We will only ship to the confirmed address on the checkout page.
Please do not request shipment elsewhere.
