    Description

    This is a beautiful example of an Original 1888 Kodak No. 1 camera. The second camera manufactured by KODAK & THE FIRST ONE TO USE ROLL FILM. In very good condition for its age, look carefully at the images for details. Shutter works as it should, case in missing leather end pieces & the film advance knob is missing.  Camera leather is in excellent condition with some minor fading around lens, wood inside in excellent condition. A very unique piece of photographic history and extremely rare.
    Number 13412 (SN) embossed on leather camera top. Number 700 written inside on wood frame. leather case is missing end panels and somewhat brittle with some visible cracking.
    This is extremely rare and in excellent condition.
