We ship when our postal carrier comes to our office. Our regular postal carrier comes between 12:00pm - 2:00pm,  Pacific time. Sometimes, you may get lucky, and the carrier
will come as late as 4:00pm (usually on Mondays). If you place your order early enough, your order will go out the same day. Otherwise, it goes out the next day. If there is a hold up in your order beyond that, for some reason, we will contact you promptly to let you know.
We also ship on Saturday, so get your order in Friday night or early Saturday morning (before noon)!
For sale is USP Kosher 99.7% CERTIFIED POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL 400, also known as PEG 400.
Our product is a clear, viscous liquid, USP grade, which makes it very suitable for pharmaceutical, personal care, or cosmetic grade applications.
It is strongly hydrophilic, and is soluble in water as well as Acetone, Alcohol's, Benzene, Glycerin, Glycol and Hydrocarbons.
Works well as a base for other applications.
As opposed to other PEG brands that may be derived from petroleum, ours is an
Acme-Hardesty
product. This is a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly ve
rsion made from sugar cane processing byproducts.
Our products are bought in bulk. You can rest assured your batch is as fresh as possible.

Shipments go out same day if the order is placed early enough in the day to catch the postal carrier, otherwise the very next day.
We also ship on Saturday, so get your order in by noon PDT to catch the mail carrier.
On rare occasions, we may need to deviate from that shipping schedule. But we'll let you know right away if there is a delay.
Upon request, we can provide you with the latest MSDS sheets (material safety data sheets) from the manufacturer of the product, which is an important component of product stewardship, occupational safety and health, and spill-handling procedures.

First Class can take u
p to 2 weeks or longer
to deliver if there are delays in the postal system. If you need your product quickly, then I suggest you choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping options for 8oz or smaller.
16oz bottles and larger automatically ships USPS PRIORITY MAIL, which deliver in 1-3 business days.  We may also ship by FEDEX. 2.5 and 5 gallon orders ship FEDEX everywhere, so please make sure someone is at your shipping address to sign for the shipment (we may require signature for delivery). If you have a specific delivery need, like overnight service, please ask me first BEFORE purchasing.

RETURNS:
Please read the following information regarding returns.  We want your experience with us to be a great one.  Communication between you and I is important to me, so if you are not sure about something, please contact me right away.
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days.
2. Contact us right away if there is damage to an item in shipping, and include photographs of the damage (required).
3. If the product is incorrect or defective, we will replace or issue a refund right away.
4. If a package returns to us because of your incorrect mailing address, or un-deliverable for some other reason, we will issue you a refund, minus our shipping cost and a 10% restocking        fee. PLEASE make certain your mailing address is correct.
5. If you change your mind and want to return a product once I ship a product, you will need to pay for return postage, plus a 10% restocking fee. Item must also have not been opened, and      in good resalable condition.
