Seneca Scout No. 2A camera box. Made in Rochester, NY by Seneca Camera Co.
This was my grandfather's and comes from the Rochester, NY area.
Rare collectible outer box to the Scout No. 2A box camera. Box and matching Scout #2A camera! This listing is for the very rare outer box for the Seneca Scout No. 2A camera. Box with camera! This box comes with a matching Seneca Scout #2A  box camera in black color. The box seems to have a serial number of 3622 on the side.
The box has a tear on one side and one inner flap is ripped off.  Other patina and general wear from a 100 year old product.
It has been stored in a humidity controlled environment for many years.  The camera state is unknown.  The shutter triggers, the rest of of it is a bit unfamiliar to me.  It could be missing one of the reels for film?  Or did you buy film on a spool already and that's why the reel is missing?  I don't know.
