All my post is insured and it goes out of Serbia within two to three days of me sending it, the rest is up to the country its going to and their customs. If it takes a bit longer then usual it really is NOT up to me but the customs department in your country. Because the post is insured/registered if it doesn't get delivered or if there is a problem; the package comes back to me (but we have never had that happen).
