    Unknown Country, most likely European, 1700-1830, 2nd Calvary Button?
    , Scripted 2, Solid Brass Button.
    Solid Rounded Cannon-Ball Type Brass Button with thick shank (that got cut years ago), nice dark brown/black patina with "Grooves" that may have been used for tightening.
    Small heavy button, nice patina...round top, looks like a bowling ball.
