Vintage 1950-1960’s Life size Colombo 23” Walking Doll Blonde Bob Pink Dress Condition is "Used".
Vintage 1950's/60's “Walking” Doll by Colombo Doll Co. She is “A Little Girl's Best Friend" and “walks” when you hold her left arm. She has a vinyl hand painted face and hard plastic body, legs, and arms. Her head turns, and joints move. She is very tall standing 23".
When you pick her up, it feels like her legs are loose but they are not. There is a mechanism inside of her that allows her to “walk with you” manually. Being an adult, it is harder to “walk with her” on her level but if you put her on a table you get the idea of what she’s supposed to do. She has what appears to be a U and 10 on the back of her neck. The only minor flaw I noticed are her toes are a little banged up. I guess 60+ years of walking will do that to you! She is not in her original attire.
