I'm helping a family member clear out some room from her storage closet; these items have been inside here for going on 30 years, some possibly longer.  She's forgotten which cameras work, which ones need work, and which ones may be beyond repair...so we're selling ALL of them as "Condition unknown".  To wit... there will be NO REFUNDS for cameras which are in non-working condition!  (This warning due to the few bad apples trying to spoil the bunch....)
This is a Vintage (1950's I believe) Beacon 225 camera.  It appears to be in fine condition cosmetically, and I believe it has a very good chance of being functional.  The shutter releases as it should, as do the various switches on the front.  The rear door opens and closes well.  Unfortunately...This Is The Extent Of Our Knowledge On This Camera!!!  UNKNOWN CONDITION.  SOLD AS-IS.  May be in 100% fully functional condition... may be only good as a decoration.  We simply don't know.  (Just being honest.)
This being said...if there are easy tests you'd like me to perform, I'll be happy to do whatever testing you'd like provided you supply Very Detailed Instructions.  Help me out and I'll be HAPPY to answer semi-intelligently!
