VTG 1960s 17" Fashion High Heeled Lady n Red Jointed Vinyl Nice Color Doll w Hat

This is a pretty 17" fashion high heeled lady doll made in the 1960s.  Jointed at the neck, shoulder, waist and hip, She is all vinyl, has high heel feet, and ladies body with breasts.  She is marked on the back of the neck, however, I cannot make out the letters.  They did not make very many of the lady dolls in the 17" size and the Natural Doll Co. was one that did.
She face is flawless with pretty rosy cheeks, lovely full red lips, and shiny blue sleep eyes, with all lashes present  Her left eye sticks sometimes but not bad.  Her blonde hair is in a cute short style.  It covers well and I see no missing plugs.  She has small red ball ear rings in her ears and a vintage red straw pillbox hat with flowers.
She wears a pretty little dress with shiny embossed with gold material that shines, with straps and a dip neckline.  The skirt of the dress is circular and of a light weight cotton.  All clothing iis clean and undamaged except there is a very tiny dark spot in the folds of the skirt at the side towards the bottom.The dress has a snap closure at the back and her shoes are red high heels. The undies are hand made by someone and are red velvet and sewn on.
Her body is very nice, clean and undamaged.  All joints work well and she holds a nice pose. Her finger and toe nails are painted.
