    Description

    What a cute, quirky doll!  This is Whimsie Doll-Bessie The Bashful Bride - Vintage American Character 1960.  She is original except for the shoes.  She has one sandal only.  I doubt that this was her original shoe type.  Her hair looks green in the photos but it is actually a platinum blonde.
    She has spots on the satin...probably from handling.  Otherwise, she is in good condition.
