Vintage RAF  Royal Observer Corps shoulder insignia.
These badges were worn from WW2 into the 1980s
Wool felt / Melton construction. White thread embroidered on dark blue melton.
This badge has the backing which dates it at mid to late 1950s
Excellent condition, has not been sewn and been lying around for more than a few decades.
