Shipping:

Tracking numbers for all items shipped will be emailed to the e-mail address associated with your eBay account. These e-mails are generated once the package has been picked up from our facility. In most cases tracking is updated by 5 PM Eastern the day after your purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to show any movement of your items.
We personally ship to any location within the continental United States. All international shipments will be shipped to eBay's Global Shipping Program, and further processed and internationally shipped from that location.
Items will be shipped
by economy service at
our discretion unless otherwise stated in the shipping details or in the item details section of the listing. We do our best to ship all items paid for in full within one business day.

use of a package forwarding service to country we do not ship to violates eBay's Money Back Guarantee (formerly Buyer Protection) and your item will NOT be covered if lost or damaged in any way. We will not accept a return from a country we do not provide a shipping service to, and we are not responsible for any incurred shipping costs associated for the item or items purchased.
Use of a forwarding service voids any and all guarantee, warranty, or responsibility in any way, for the item or items purchased from CEC Enterprises.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Buyers are fully responsible for all fees/charges associated with recovering any package sent to an incorrect address due to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.
Return Policy / Warranty Policy:
If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will do everything within our power to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately using the eBay Messaging service.

All returned items MUST have prior approval to be processed.
All items sent back for return/exchange must have the eBay item number of the item you are returning clearly written on the box or shipping label, along with your eBay user ID. Failure to provide this information may delay your refund or exchange. Be aware that improper return packaging could result in damage to the item as well as a potentially time consuming damage claim with the shipping provider. The buyer is responsible for proper return packaging.
We will either refund or replace the returned item and ship it back to you at no cost. If we cannot replace your item, we will issue you a full refund.
There is no warranty for items sold as “For parts or not working”. We do not know if these items are partially/fully functional or contain any/all original parts. There are no refunds or exchanges offered for these items.
Restocking Fee:
Any item purchased and returned within the warranty period because the Buyer does not need the item, does not like the item,

etc., will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty Information:
All items described as “Tested Working” come with a 30 day warranty from the date you receive your item. (This does not include “For parts or not working” items)
The warranty covers hardware against functional defects. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation.
You must notify us of any problems with the item
before
attempting to arrange repairs on your own. Our warranty does not cover software compatibility issues, misuse, neglect, or repairs not performed by our technicians.
Any item sent back to us within the warranty period that shows signs of tampering, damage or any other sign of wear which was not present when originally sold and shipped, will have the item sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. Pictures will be taken of the item upon the discovery of any of these signs and a shipping invoice will be sent to the buyer's e-mail address on file with
eBay.
We will reship the item back to the buyer once the invoice is paid in full.
Software:
We expect that Buyers are capable and willing to solve software related issues, including driver installation and updates. We don't support software. Please note that operating systems (software) are only installed to demonstrate the functionality of the computer (hardware).
Batteries (Laptops or any item containing batteries):
Batteries are
a consumable item and
not covered under any warranty or guarantee. We do not test batteries; only provide indication that they are present or missing with photos or in the item details. We guarantee that your laptop, or other item, will function with AC
pow
er, but you may have to purchase a fully tested battery for the item to fully function without an external power supply.
Reselling Policy:
Our warranty applies to the original Buyer only. If the Buyer chooses to resell, give away, loan, lend, rent, or otherwise transfer the item to a third party our warranty is no longer applicable. If you are buying items to resell or service your customer, it is your responsibility to verify the condition of the item. Once you send it out to a third party we cannot help you.
Unpaid Items:
Please do not make an offer to purchase an item if you do not intend to pay promptly. As we take pride in shipping within one business day, please afford us the courtesy of paying in a timely manner.

are set to open an Unpaid Item Claim on the 4

day of non-payment. Please avoid a strike against your account by paying within 4 days. If a situation occurs where you cannot pay promptly, please contact us to cancel the transaction so we can list the item again.
