Warn note: Most of routers support both of 2.4G and 5G WiFi, but this camera only works with 2.4Ghz WiFi, 5G is not supported! The ways to check 2.4G and 5G:
1. Go to the setting of your phone to check if the WiFi name with 2.4G or 5G, if the WiFi name with 2.4G or 5G please choose the WiFi name with 2.4G to connect;
2. If the WiFi name doesn’t with 2.4G or 5G, please access your router, find wireless to check your information, 2.4G and 5G WiFi information will be listed in router.

You may be concerned with the following questions?
Q: Do I have to subscribe cloud service to use the camera?
A: No. Cloud Storage is optional. Users can use the camera without subscribing cloud storage.
Q: Does the camera need to connect the power supply?
A: Yes, it needs to be plugged into an outlet for continuous power. Wireless means that this Wi-Fi camera transmits data via 2.4 GHz WiFi.
Q: Does the camera support SD card?
A: No. This camera doesn't support SD card, you can record a 10s alarm video on App when motion is detected.
Q: Can I record videos without subscribing the cloud service ?
A: Yes, our camera support motion recording and it will record the motion about 10s when movement is triggered. These alarm videos will be saved to [Alert ] page on APP. User could replay these videos for recent two days at no cost without subscribing the Cloud storage.
Q: Why I can't receive the activation email when I sign up a new account on the app ?
A: 1. Please kindly check the junk mail box. 2. Please contact our after-sale support team with your account email, we will activate your account manually.
